  • 200 g. pineapple
  • 1 n. banana
  • 4 n. kiwi
  • 200 ml almond milk
  • 200 g. dark chocolate Emilia Zaini
  • pistachios, violet,golden crunchy grains

Directions

Just fresh fruit dipped into dark chocolate and shaped as icecle. extra energy for a summer snack.

Blend the fruit with half a banana and two tablespoons of almond milk.

Pour the mixture obtained in the appropriate icicles container and cool in a freezer for 4 hours.

Remove from the freezer, remove the icicles from the container and dip them fast in the melted chocolate. Hang on a sheet of baking paper and dusting with the favorite grain. Allow to dry and repeat the operation for each icicle. Serve immediately or store in a freezer.

Protip

Fun and healthy ice cream, only fresh fruits rich in vitamins, ideal for eating fruit at Children and even big ones. Great even with a white or milk chocolate cover!
