Ingredients

180 g. of flour

70 g. of bitter cocoa powder Emilia

120 g. of sugar

3 eggs

70 ml of milk

65 ml of sunflower oil

1/2 teaspoon of cake yeast

70 g. of dark chocolate Emilia

TO DECORATE

A few spoonfuls of whipped cream

2 tablespoons of chocolate in flakes

Directions

The mug cake is a delightful idea for a sweet break during the day: a soft chocolate cake served in a cup! It is prepared in a few minutes and is cooked even less in the microwave oven

In a large bowl mix all the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa, sugar and yeast.

In a separate bowl mix the damp ingredients: eggs, oil and milk. Mix well, then join the dry part and mix quickly. Finally, combine coarse chopped chocolate.

Divide the dough into 4 cups and cook one at a time for 3 minutes at 1000 watts. Bend and let cool. Decorate with a tuft of cream and some chocolate chips before serving serve.

Protip

For a nice contrast, replace chopped dark chocolate with the same weight in white chocolate, or add half white chocolate and half to milk.
